1. SCOPE & ATELIER PROTOCOLS

Welcome to GHETTO GOSPEL ("we," "our," "us," or the "Atelier"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our digital storefront (ghettogospel.in), mobile platforms, and all associated concierge communication channels. By browsing, placing an order, or transacting with Ghetto Gospel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

If you do not concur with any provision articulated within these terms, please refrain from using this website or acquiring our limited-run releases.

2. LIMITED DROPS, ALLOCATIONS & ORDERS

Ghetto Gospel operates under a strict limited-edition, small-batch release model. All garments, capsules, and archival pieces are produced in finite numbers and allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.

Cart Reservations: Placing a garment in your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee inventory allocation. Stock is only secured upon successful completion and verification of payment.
Order Discretion: We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any item per individual, household, shipping address, or payment method.
Bot Mitigation & Fraud Detection: Any orders detected as being placed via automated scripts, checkout bots, unauthorized proxies, or speculative resale crawlers will be cancelled immediately without prior notification.
Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation email or WhatsApp notification indicates acknowledgment of order receipt; our formal acceptance and contract formation occur once the garment is dispatched from our New Delhi vault.

3. PRICING, CURRENCIES & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

All prices listed on the storefront are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian statutory regulations, unless explicitly noted otherwise.

Payment Methods: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay), and secure Net Banking via encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways.
International Transactions: For international clients, currency conversions are executed in real time by your card issuer or payment platform. Ghetto Gospel is not responsible for international transaction fees or bank-imposed currency fluctuations.
Price Modifications: Prices for upcoming capsules or archival restocks are subject to adjustment without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be subjected to retroactive price changes.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COUNTER-CULTURE COPYRIGHT

All brand identifiers, graphic designs, typography, silhouettes, pattern grading, custom wash treatments, garment construction details, product photography, editorial lookbooks, video assets, and digital code are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of GHETTO GOSPEL.

Any reproduction, reverse-engineering, digital scraping, unauthorized distribution, imitation, or commercial exploitation of our work is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

5. BESPOKE FABRICATIONS & TEXTILE INTEGRITY

Ghetto Gospel garments are engineered using custom-milled heavyweight textiles (including 420+ GSM French Terry, looped fleece, and high-density cottons) subjected to specialized pigment dyes, enzyme washes, and vintage distressing techniques.

Artisanal Nuances: Due to artisanal wash and dyeing processes, subtle variances in color saturation, vintage fade patterns, and surface distressing are intentional signatures of authenticity, not defects.
Care Instructions: Heavyweight garments must be washed strictly in accordance with the interior woven care label: machine wash cold inside out, wash with like dark colors, do not bleach, tumble dry on delicate low heat or flat air dry, and never iron directly on silicone, puff, or screen-printed graphics.

6. CLIENT CONDUCT & RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES

When engaging with the Ghetto Gospel ecosystem or our concierge staff, you agree not to:

Engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening conduct toward our customer support agents or studio tailors.
Attempt to breach, probe, or compromise our web server architecture, payment gateways, or customer database.
Use our brand name, typography, or visuals to operate deceptive counterfeit re-selling storefronts or social accounts.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indian law, the storefront and all merchandise offered are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall Ghetto Gospel, its founders, directors, employees, or logistical partners be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or the wear of our garments. In all cases, our total aggregated liability shall be strictly capped at the purchase price paid by you for the specific garment giving rise to the claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW & EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising from your transactions with Ghetto Gospel shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively under the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal proceedings, claims, or arbitration arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
