1. ATELIER ALLOCATION & ZERO-CASH-REFUND DIRECTIVE

GHETTO GOSPEL operates on a limited-batch drop architecture. Our garments are custom-milled, handcrafted in restricted production batches, and allocated exclusively to confirmed clients upon drop release. Because inventory is scarce and each piece is reserved per client request, we do not issue monetary cash refunds or direct account reversals once an order has been confirmed.

In lieu of cash refunds, we proudly provide a hassle-free 7-Day Size Exchange and 100% Store Credit Guarantee under the conditions detailed below.

2. 7-DAY EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT PROTOCOL

If your garment does not fit as desired or you prefer a different silhouette from our collection, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 calendar days from the official courier delivery timestamp.

• Size Exchanges: We will exchange your garment for the alternative available size at no additional restocking fee. In the event your desired size is exhausted due to limited batch inventory, you will be issued store credit immediately.
• Store Credit (Gift Voucher): Credit is issued via digital atelier voucher equivalent to 100% of your garment purchase price (excluding any expedited air shipping charges). Store credits remain valid for 12 full months across all upcoming drops and capsule restocks.

3. GARMENT CONDITION & ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS

Every garment returned to our New Delhi vault undergoes strict quality control inspection. To be approved for an exchange or store credit, the item must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Unworn & Pristine: Garment must be 100% unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of lint, pet dander, deodorant marks, makeup residue, or perfume odors.
• Security Tags Intact: The signature Ghetto Gospel security hangtag and atelier loop seal must be attached in their original, untampered position. Items with removed, re-attached, or broken security tags will be rejected automatically.
• Original Packaging: Garment must be packed securely inside its original branded heavyweight dust bag and transit box with all included stickers or documentation.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MIS-SHIPPED GARMENTS

We pride ourselves on 420+ GSM textile engineering and rigorous multi-stage quality control. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives visibly damaged or possesses a genuine structural defect:

• Reporting Window: You must notify our concierge within 48 hours of courier delivery.
• Required Documentation: Provide clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the packaging damage, the defect, and the intact security tags via WhatsApp (+91 7602003998) or email (care@ghettogospel.in / support@ghettogospel.in).
• Expedited Resolution: Upon verification, our studio will dispatch an immediate replacement via priority air express or process a 100% credit at zero logistical cost to you.

5. ARCHIVE SALES & EXCLUDED ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable and designated as FINAL SALE:

• Garments purchased during Vault Archive sales or promotional liquidation events clearly marked "Final Sale".
• Bespoke customized, tailored, or monogrammed items.
• Intimate apparel, socks, bandanas, or headwear for hygienic protection.

6. REVERSE LOGISTICS & STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Initiating your exchange is direct and managed personally by our concierge team:

1. Contact Concierge: Reach out via WhatsApp (+91 7602003998) or email (care@ghettogospel.in / support@ghettogospel.in) with your Order ID, email address, and reason for exchange.
2. Pickup Arrangement: Where serviceable, our courier partner will execute a doorstep reverse pickup within 2–4 business days. For non-serviceable postal codes, we will provide our direct atelier warehouse address for insured self-shipment (reimbursed via store credit up to ₹150).
3. Atelier Quality Inspection: Within 48 hours of warehouse receipt, our quality control team inspects the garment condition.
4. Fulfillment / Credit Release: Your replacement size is dispatched via Air Express or your digital Store Credit voucher is instantly delivered to your registered email and WhatsApp.
