1. ATELIER DISPATCH & PROCESSING TIMELINES

All GHETTO GOSPEL garments are inspected, packaged, and dispatched from our central atelier vault in New Delhi, India.

Ready-to-Wear Drops: Orders for available inventory are processed and handed over to our air couriers within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and statutory national holidays).
Pre-Orders & Limited Capsules: Select archival drops or made-to-order releases follow specialized production schedules clearly articulated on the respective product detail page.

2. DOMESTIC AIR EXPRESS TRANSIT & DELIVERY SLAS

We partner exclusively with tier-1 air express logistics providers (BlueDart, Delhivery Air, and Express Air Cargo) to guarantee the fastest, safest delivery across India:

Delhi-NCR & Northern Hubs: 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.
Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities & Rest of India: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, and Island Territories: 4 to 7 business days from dispatch.

3. REAL-TIME WHATSAPP & EMAIL TRACKING

As soon as your package is physically scanned into the air express courier facility, you will automatically receive an instant dispatch alert:

Automated WhatsApp Alert: A direct notification containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and one-tap live tracking link.
Email Dispatch Confirmation: A comprehensive email with complete courier coordinates and an itemized invoice.
You can also track your consignment anytime by messaging our studio WhatsApp concierge with your Order ID.

4. PACKAGING SECURITY & TAMPER-EVIDENT SEALS

Due to the high-value, limited-run nature of our garments, every order is encased in custom heavy-duty, tamper-evident outer packaging featuring branded security holographic tape.

CRITICAL DIRECTIVE: Please inspect the outer packaging prior to accepting delivery from the courier executive. If the outer carton or security seal appears visibly cut, re-taped, crushed, or tampered with, refuse delivery immediately and instruct the courier to mark it as "Refused due to packaging tampering." Notify our concierge within 24 hours.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS

Address Corrections: If you made an error in your shipping address, notify our concierge via WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an Airway Bill (AWB) has been generated and handed to the courier, in-transit address re-routing cannot be guaranteed and may introduce 48–72 hour carrier delays.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect phone numbers, unreachable recipient, or premise closure, the parcel will undergo Return to Origin (RTO). Re-dispatch fees of ₹200 will apply for RTO reshipments.

6. WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH

Ghetto Gospel ships globally via DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Priority:

Transit Timelines: Typical international delivery window is 3 to 7 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
Duties & Import Taxes: International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance charges levied by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
